At Esietra Interia, our Bespoke. Beyond. Built. philosophy ensures that every product is engineered to strict technical specifications. As a dedicated manufacturing house, our terms reflect the precision and custom nature of our global production cycle.

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All products are Made-to-Order. Engineering and resource allocation commence immediately upon deposit.

  • Strict Cancellation Window: Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of deposit payment. Once the "Beyond" (Engineering) phase begins, all deposits are non-refundable as custom manufacturing is initiated.

  • No Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for change of mind, aesthetic preference shifts, or site-readiness issues.

  • Logistics Disclaimer: The 12-week minimum precision window is a baseline estimate. Delays in international shipping, port congestion, or customs clearance do not constitute grounds for refund or contract cancellation.

2. Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

This warranty is a Limited Structural Guarantee and is strictly restricted to the integrity of the "make."

1. Warranty Periods

  •  Industrial Infrastructure (Aldon Steel): 3-Year Limited Structural Warranty.

  • Commercial Fixtures & Furniture: 2-Year Limited Structural Warranty.

  • Bespoke Residential Collections: 2-Year Limited Structural Warranty.

 

2. Scope of Coverage

Coverage is strictly limited to:

  1. Structural Integrity: Failure of primary load-bearing frames or welded steel joints.

  2. Material Defects: Proven inherent defects in raw materials present at the time of manufacture.

3. Mandatory "Void" Conditions (Exclusions)

To protect the manufacturer, the warranty is immediately void under any of the following conditions:

  • Installation: Any issue arising from or related to 3rd-party installation, including but not limited to: misalignment, surface scratching during fit-out, or structural stress caused by improper mounting/levelling.

  • The PIQR Rule: Warranty claims will not be considered unless a Pre-Install Quality Report (PIQR) was signed and filed upon delivery. Signing the PIQR confirms the product was received in perfect structural and aesthetic condition; any damage discovered thereafter is deemed site-related.

  • Usage & Wear: Damage caused by "fair wear and tear," high-frequency use, or loading beyond the specified engineering limits (especially for racking and commercial seating).

  • Environment: Damage resulting from exposure to non-controlled environments, including extreme humidity, direct sunlight, or moisture.

  • Maintenance: Use of abrasive cleaners or unauthorized chemical treatments on fabrics, veneers, or powder-coated steel.

3. Claim Resolution

In the event of a proven manufacturing defect, Esietra Interia reserves the sole right to:

  1. Repair the component on-site or at a designated facility.

  2. Replace the specific defective part (not the entire unit).

  3. Credit the value of the defective component toward a future order, at the Company's absolute discretion.
