Welcome to Esietra Interia. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and all initial engagements regarding our manufacturing services. By accessing our platform or requesting a quotation, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. The Manufacturing Ecosystem

Esietra Interia is a premium manufacturing house and the exclusive ANZ gateway for SPAR Technovet (Interior & Technical Engineering) and Aldon Steel (Industrial & Infrastructure). All products and project fit-outs are engineered and manufactured to order through this global partner network to deliver Value-Engineered Luxury.

 

2. Lead Times & The "Precision Window"

  • Minimum Baseline: All bespoke and commercial orders operate on a minimum 12-week precision cycle.

  • The Breakdown: This includes a minimum 6-week custom engineering and production phase at our Delhi manufacturing hub, followed by a minimum 6-week international transit, customs, and local logistics phase.

  • Non-Guarantee: Lead times are estimates based on standard project complexity. Final timelines are confirmed only after the "Beyond" (Engineering) phase and are subject to global shipping and customs variables.

 

3. Customization & Compliance

  • Made-to-Order: We do not hold stock. Every item—from a Puffall Horizon lounge to heavy-duty warehouse racking—is manufactured specifically for your order.

  • Design Approval: Manufacturing commences only upon written client approval of technical shop drawings. Any changes post-approval will incur additional costs and reset lead time estimates.

  • Standards: Products are engineered to meet AU/NZ standards (including Fire, Structural, and Biocon/Hygiene) as specified in the project scope.

 

4. Commercial Terms

  • Deposits: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to initiate the engineering and manufacturing process.

  • Final Balance: Payment in full is required prior to the release of goods from our ANZ distribution point.

  • Pricing: Our "Value Engineering" model ensures competitive pricing by connecting you directly to the manufacturer. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days.

 

5. Installation & Warranty Guardrails

  • Specialist Manufacturer: Esietra Interia is primarily a manufacturer and supplier. Installation is a separate service tier and must be explicitly contracted.

  • Pre-Install Quality Report (PIQR): For all third-party installations, we provide a PIQR. It is the client’s responsibility to inspect and sign off on the condition of all manufactured components upon delivery.

  • Liability: Esietra Interia is not liable for structural failures, misalignments, or aesthetic damage resulting from improper handling or installation by third-party contractors.

  • Warranty: Our warranty covers Manufacturing Integrity (structural and material defects). It does not cover fair wear and tear, "off-label" industrial use, or damage due to poor site conditions.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All architectural designs, CAD drawings, and proprietary manufacturing techniques provided by Esietra Interia, SPAR Technovet, and Aldon Steel remain the exclusive property of the manufacturer. Use of our IP, client names (e.g., Hobbs London), or designs for third-party replication is strictly prohibited.
